Question On Factions

Okay, so there's a new faction I'm interested in. I wanna join it but I serve the Republic first no matter what. Its the Shadow Empire. I don't think sith are in there but I know dark Jedi and rogues are with different beliefs. Could I be in both? [member="Popo"]
