Description: Every season when the Galactic Moon Festival comes around Pumpkin Head spreads the dread and terror that he hosts. Included in the terror are pumpkin shaped treats that Pumpkin Head tosses out freely with sneer twisted joy. A candy with a heavenly taste, Effect and a grim after effect. The Candy is assumed to be first stolen from random stores and then imbued with the twisted witchery in bulk. Of course this is all assumed to happen before and after the festival ends.
