On Second thought, I'm wary of the implications of subbing it as a weapon. The intention is to include 1 or 2 on ships, but, as a subbed weapon, with a gun count, I can foresee copies ending up rendering Missiles useless. I'd rather just explain the systems capabilities in the ship subs than risk seeing 20 or so of these on ships.
