Bounty can be paid off by you or a third party, if one of the following applies:
-The crime you are accused of is deemed minor
-The Guild frowns upon a bounty
-There is not enough evidence towards a bounty
-A bounty is not warranted (i.e. bounty placed out of vengeance, or no reason)
The Guildmaster at all times reserves right to declare any and all bounties available to be paid off or not.
