Unlike most buildings on Zeltros, Pastoria Clinic is designed to appear more professional and subdued. It utilizes soft, muted colors inside and out, designed to be more clinical and less flashy. The building itself is rather unassuming and nondescript aside from the name on the front, and fits snugly against the surrounding buildings on Indigo District.

Pastoria Clinic is a privately funded medical care facility owned and operated by Heartbeat House. A native of one of Zeltros’ poorest districts, Joza Perl sought to help improve the quality of life for residents by opening a publically accessible clinic. Pastoria Clinic is supported by donations and supplemented by carefully measured increments of Heartbeat’s revenue from the sale of beauty products and entertainment services. Any revenue generated by Pastoria Clinic goes back into the clinic itself to pay for supplies, training, employee wages and covering the cost of care for those who are typically unable to afford treatment. Surplus credits, if they exist, go into purchasing more advanced equipment and expanding operations to pop-up clinics. Supplies and equipment are standard, middle of the road quality—not the cheapest on the market, but not the most expensive. A good amount of research was put into choosing suppliers, ensuring that their goods were well-made so as to not sacrifice patient care and safety.
Pastoria Clinic started as a way for residents of Indigo District to be able to have cost-effective access to basic medical care. Considering the fertile nature of Zeltrons, Pastoria Clinic offers reproductive assistance in the form of obstetrics and birth control. The staff at the clinic handle standard medical issues and basic checkups as well as prescribe medication in necessary circumstances. Very minor surgeries under local anesthetic can be performed, such as the removal of a wart or applying stiches to a wound. For more advanced problems or complicated surgeries, staff will often refer patients to a larger medical center or hospital.
