Description: Rendili Stardrive's first attempt at a droid design since the R-97 Quartermaster Droid that it worked on jointly with the Booiskan company. Rendili has decided to use its limited facilities for droid construction by utilizing its Vehicle Corp to construct what will likely be their only droid model to be put on the market in this era. Created for the purpose of quick reconnaissance, the Oversight Recon Droid is meant to use its repulsorlift field of motion to cross battlefields ahead of armies or military units and use its various sensors and field of vision to evaluate an enemy position before the soldiers encounter them. Equipped with three sensor dishes, in case of damage or malfunction on the field of one, and coming with heat and night vision with a range finder to determine specific details, the Oversight models ensures that there will be no such oversights of a situation.

In addition to reconnaissance, the Oversight Droid Design also serves as effective patrol and security units due to their ability to detect intruders or hostiles. The twin blaster cannons on either side of the unit also give it a slight ability to deal with disturbances and threats as well to a reasonable degree. Though able to take several blaster bolts before faltering, the Oversight is not meant for extended combat and works best against small numbers of foot soldiers rather than a contingent or an armored unit.
