Tacky Thing
What she could use was a hand or two. The dark haired girl was on the trail of some slavers out in Outer Rim space. She knew that slavers existed, but that was pretty much the antithesis of what the Oh Are Sea stood for. They employed Wardens of the Sky in their space, well, not officially, but it was what happened. And this was good because Wardens got everywhere, just like the Judges of the Outer Rim. She wasn’t the latter, she heard her father was, but he was off fighting some other man’s war.
Or maybe it was his war, she didn’t know. Nor did she care that much. She was here, it was peaceful, and she was doing what was right by her. A Jedi in her own way, Kaia was ready to defend the space that the Outer Rim settled. But her primary life? That was being a salvager, an explorer, and a Warden. She had her gun, she had her ship, and she had her wits. That was all she needed.
And lately? Starting that whole bounty hunting training with one of the Guilds was doing her good. She could chase down leads, and while she might not be turning people in for the credits, but she was able to find the people who were disrupting the flow. Shaking her head she looked around the cabin. The ship really needed the iBorg upgrade, but it was all fine for now. Turning to the next chair, she got up. The Pulsar had grabbed onto the listening station with its docking claw. From there, she had Drifter pop on over and install a cable into the mainframe.
The next issue? That was the system slicing. She had a system she was working on testing for Starchaser Enterprises installed and that meant it needed testing. It was your basic computer interface, and that meant she was going to be slicing this system wide open to get the manifests of the slavers in this sector of the Coalition space.
Maybe others would like the info? Wardens and the like?
