Intent: To create a specialized planetary bombardment/assault heavy cruiser for the Cartel and any interested third parties
Development Thread: N/A
Manufacturer: Tenloss Corporation
Model: Nudcha-class
Affiliation: Hutt Cartel, Tenloss Corporation, Open Market
Modularity: None
Production: Minor
Material: Durasteel, alusteel, transparisteel, and other shipbuilding materials
Description: Designed for planetary engagements and stuck in fighting, the Nudcha-class heavy cruiser is the go-to for the Cartel and many other groups that own them. The cruiser fulfills a role that the Cartel, and the market, has needed for some time: a heavy duty brawler equally capable of engaging fleet targets just as well as planetary ones and it fields the weapons to do so in ample supply.

Realizing the need for a heavy hitting platform, the hangar space was left out entirely from the design. Instead, the space normally allowed for gunships and dropships was converted into both a state of the art, automated loading and reloading facility and expanded magazine. This allowed the Nudcha to double the rate of fire (roughly one missile per tube every 15-20 seconds) of the heavy warhead launchers while maintaining a decent combat effectiveness window. This system coupled with they guns, armor, and shielding normally seen on equivalent warships of the same size and role makes the Nudcha very effective at what it does: Engaging and pounding on enemy fleets and planets while shrugging off all but the worst of enemy fire.

The ship does have it's weak points, however. The ship is slow and hard to maneuver, almost looking as a Hutt would in a pool of peanut butter. The expanded magazine, while adding to the ship's engagement window, is a larger potential explosive that will cripple or destroy the ship if detonated. Also, while the system for rapid reload effectively doubles the rate of fire for the on board missile systems, damage to that section will often require adequate repairs before firing can resume as that location is the only area for reloading purposes (ie. you can't hand load the missiles, the must be loaded with the automated system and cannot be loaded until adequate repairs are made). Finally, the missile tubes often require repairs and replacing more frequently due to the more frequent and harsher use brought on by the reloading system.

Okay! Please fully list out your gun types and number each. Just naming the category isn't enough.
You wont be getting the effect in your description with just standard deflector shields.
I would also recommend upping both your crew count and passenger count, that is a lot of ship to cover.

[member="Listeri Dalane"] Hi, this is your friendly unofficial warning. Do not post in factory submissions that are not yours, it clutters the threads and is distracting.

[member="Popo"] Need a listed cargo amount, this is in addition to ammo and part stores, and I'd still recommend increasing crew and passenger counts.
