Natol'ine was dressed for the best, in a red lace and pleated dress, one piece, long sleeved with a black rose pattern down the arms. The Kiffar girl had white heels on, white lipstick, red and rust red hair extensions, and a thin white leather belt. She look the part as she waltzed into the club, its purple lighting, and smoky luminescence complementing the tones of her clothing. The music was modern Zeltros, so upbeat, lively with a mix of all kinds of new and well known inner rim styles in there.

The Jedi had sent a couple of them here to speak to a diplomat, after they'd done, she snuck out of the hotel room to go and socialise, just a little, she couldn't pass this up. So she was soon sauntering down to one of her old time haunts on Zeltros the most hedonistic planet she'd ever heard of, and the rogue in her felt like kicking back with the best of them. It was a mid class joint, no big spenders here, but not you didn't have to watch your back either much, maybe your purse but that was just the usual. Of course she never went anywhere unarmed, just where she was carrying her holdout blasters was anyone's guess in that dress.

Resting her side on the bar, she waited for the bartender to come over. Silver bangles standing out on each wrist, catching the lighting as the song changed up a gear, and the entire feel of the place shifted with it, turning the walls to silvers and golds. Never a dull moment.

Something about Zeltros had kept his feet from wandering, but gods knew why or what. The first time he’d arrived there was a celebration, every day since too, but that was normal. Every vice you could think of lay on the world, the air lulling you to be relaxed, to enjoy yourself. He’d picked up a job at some seedy bar, but eventually moved to this mid-ling joint as their more permanent maker of inebriated bliss. It had been quite a laugh learning how to mix the long list of drinks, he never ceased smiling when he handed them out, the current special of the day was their ‘famous’ fiery teats.

It was a creamy white, with a pink splash on top just enough to make a small circle with a small red dot and then lit on fire. The names of course just went, usually, downhill from there, but they also had a list of uphill drinks as well. His uniform was a simple black suit, no tie and a dark blue undershirt. Ties had been banned simply so that grabby fingers could not seek a means to throttle the drinkmasters when they cut off the flow of the days chosen vice. He spotted a woman in a red dress take the far end and he walked over and flashed her a grin. “What vice might I create for your pleasure miss?

Would she believe him if he told her that was what he was supposed to say? His grin was more to laugh at himself than anything, he couldn’t help it. The owner insisted and he liked getting paid so he did as told, but no one said he couldn’t find humor in it or in him saying it.

Nato had to hold a hand lightly over her mouth, almost letting go a chuckle, oh how she'd miss the buzz and the lights, the seedy jokes and the way everything was geared with just one thing in mind, pleasure. Running a finger across the bar, she put her index finger to her white lips, tapping it a few times and hmming to herself.

"I'll take something, zangy, sweet not too sharp, on my way to a little buzz, maybe hitting the clouds on a sugary heaven of a night." Nato sighed, reading it off like a boss. Only Fyor knew more about these kinds of places than she did, she missed his pasty, bearded face. That always holier than though intellectual stuck up, oh she missed him so damn much, all of them.

"Oh and cherries, def', def', definitely a plate of cherries." Nato curled the corner of her mouth up and sighed again, feeling a bit lonely and wanting some conversation, it always happened when she was on her own, and usually quickly. The music changed again, something heavier, the colors of the bar rolling around to a deeper red, as some of dancers tired of it, and others took their place. People finding slices of heaven in small booths cut off from the regular galaxy were all around them, the dull nine to five, the loveless marriage, or just a war they needed a break from.

"So Mr... bartender, serious question. Why no tie?" @[member="Avonus"]

She rang off what she wanted and he knew the perfect combination, though she didn’t ask for the name of it and he certainly wouldn’t bother unless asked. The cherries were easily had too, especially since that was where they were stored where he now stood. She looked unhappy, not so much in her attitude, but her eyes said she missed something that had nothing to do with drinks. His dark eyes went wide as he handed her what she’d asked for and he looked at her mournfully “No sooner that I give you your hearts desire you seek to throttle me, how cruel miss, how very cruel. What have I done to make you want to see me smothered by a tie?"

He answered her question quite neatly, even if he teased her some. The emotion was real enough, his dark brown eyes wide with surprise. His eyes, he’d been told by many a patron, could charm a woman right into emptying her purse of all her credits. It also happened that they were why he’d been hired, but it wasn’t anything he counted on to make money. He then gave her a better answer “A few times some of the other guys, before I worked here, got snagged by them by over eager ladies and ticked off gentleman. So the owner banned them, for which I’m quite pleased since I’ve not mastered the art of tying them and I have not a willing pair of hands to do it for me. Besides that, I hate ties, one less thing to have on my uniform.

"Me, i'd kinda never throttle, maybe poke, prod, pull," She smirkled, a half smirk a half smile, placing one of the cherries into her mouth and biting on it, scooting her way up to the foam stool and crossing her shapely legs. Kiffar did have a way with makeup, bold and brash like she was wearing today, but she lacked the main thing a Kiffar had, the facial tattoos. As she got older, this was bugging her more, like a piece of herself was missing. It was kind of evident in how part of her hair covered her face, hiding that blemish, or rather a lack of one.

Reaching out to the glass, her finger tip glanced around the rim, getting the faintest memories from it, lots of confusing hazy memories from people who had either been drunk, wired or just hazily enjoying themselves with friends, it took her awhile to accept it in her hand, so many people's thoughts inside of it speaking out to her in a jumbled haze. Slowly wrapping her entire hand around it, Nato brought it to her lips, sipping softly, and dropping another cherry in for flavor.

"So what exactly am I drinking big guy?" The girl asked with the cheekiest of looks, she was loving this, sighing contentedly, like home.

About this time she noticed a long hard glance coming from a man the other end of the bar, the kind of look that said, hello I want to eat you up, or at least she thought that's what it said. He was dark enough, handsome enough but she was just here to play. Still she teased him, taking time eating the next cherry, lingering, neck extended eyes closed, and then with a roll of the tongue, down it went, white lips closing around it.

"Eager ladies do a lot of snagging do they?" That smirkle returned to her face, glancing back to the bartender instead. Once again the music changed and the walls lit up a purple, and turquoise blue, a softer bass to the more soothing beat. Half way down the drink already, she hiccuped from all the fizz " 'cuse me." It had been awhile, maybe like a white knight in @Avonus had something that would stop a case of the hiccups coming on....

He only grinned at her scoping out the other patrons, getting drinks from those who came and went. There was a guy at the other end of the bar that set off his alarm a bit, one of those bar predators. He’d seen the guy a couple times before, but nothing hinky ever went on, regardless he didn’t like that type of person. “What you’re drinking is called Tickly Jewels, where they come up with these names I’ve got no clue.

Another patron walked up and he fixed them their order then leaned against the bar. “They try, but unlike a couple of the other guys I’m...picky. Most people who work here get sucked into it all, get lost, lose themselves. I see it everyday and things don’t end pretty… Theres a lot of freaky things that you don’t want getting interested in you, especially if you blow everything you have into the perpetual party. It takes a special kind of woman to get me to stand around paying attention to only her.

A subtle tribute to her and her personality, though he wasn’t the kind of guy for one night stands. On top of it all since he didn’t know how soon he’d wander off, any sort of relationship was doomed to end and he’d not hide that either. He never did understand what drew him from place to place, but it was an itch that would only grow stronger the more he put it off. He didn’t feel it yet, but something always said ‘soon’ inside him whenever he was alone and thinking about his next destination. Perhaps he’d get lucky and find a woman who was like himself, but it wasn’t anything he looked for. "Its funny, you're the fourth person to get hiccups when drinking that drink that I've seen, but the cure is even stranger. Peppermints. Dunno how or why, but peppermint seems to cure whatever the drink does."

Tickly Jewels she laughed into her hand, blushing. Mints, yep, that'd do it. Inbetween the next hiccup, resting the back of her hand against her mouth she asked for one. "A minty mouth medkit sounds real good about now." Swaying a little too and fro, to the music, taking another hit on the drink she loved it, you could see how happy and at home Nato was.

"Yep, it's tough making it work, especially in a place like this I bet. Waaaay easy to spend credits." She agreed, he probably saw a balance of the bad side of things here, just as much as the new romances starting up, or people enjoying themselves. " You know you're kinda easy to talk to." She had a bright, radiating smile, obviously enjoying the attention he was giving her, the more rogue-ish guard was down a bit and she felt a pang of nerves. Tilting her head, the hair continued to fall further across the face, suddenly she was even more unhappy to be showing it un-tattooed, and had an urge to cover it.

"Oh I know! What can you do with a peppermint drink?" Idly wondering if he had anything up his sleeve on the more minty side of things, it was a good way to break her tension.

The spinning sphere's turning their light around and over the bar, circling back to the floor. The DJ sent a burst of red smoke across the floor, chatting to a couple of people to impress them, the DJ was showing off some of the lighting, strobe, gravity and smoke effects, making the room a bit harder to see into.

Still the guy at the end of the bar was staring, it made Nato uncomfortable, causing her to fidget. Maybe she shouldn't have teased, clicking the tongue on the roof of her mouth she mused, yeah that was probably a bad idea. Kinda odd as usually she loved the attention, hmm one of those odd little feelings.
