New Faction Admin

[Jorus Merrill]

After talking with some faction members, I've decided to make [member="Vilaz Munin"] a Faction Admin, seeing as two of our last three are away from the board now. He's got some great ideas for moving forward, and I'm pretty stoked to see what happens next.

[member="Jorus Merrill"] - I like Vilaz, but I worry about the strain of doing FA for Mandos and here, even if one is Minor and the other Major.

[member="Julius Sedaire"] - Underground Faction Adminship has never been as intensive as the Major Faction equivalent -- I've done plenty of both. If we ever get anything approaching a workload, we'll hire four Faction Admins and split our really minimal tasks.
