Designed and redesigned to function as a multilayered shield able to protect soldiers and jedi alike in the field. The multi spectral shielding unit is based off a combination shield generator that is from a long time ago as a multishield generator. Taking that concept and giving it two sources of power a strong power cell and a back up crystal cell that can operate the unit for thirty minutes before needing to be recharged.
The casing functions as a generator and attachment that is able to work with the sasori shielding amulet on a belt or armband allowing it to generate a shield around the one wearing it. It doesn't extend to others and it doesn't provide protection from all environmental effects as desired such as acid rain, vacuum and poison in the atmosphere. They will be usable for a number of charges before the gincho powercell needs to be replaced generally eight hours of sustained use or variable lengths for small scale engagements where it can have a chance to rest and recharge a little.
The shielding unit itself was assembled using tech from standard shielding units that were combined and worked together to develop into a single unit and tested with Ulltimatium to see its staying power in the field as well as protection. its work against energy, kinetic melee, electrical, fire and plasma as well as radiation at dangerous levels is something hellpful for them to work with.
