Description: With the creation of its new resource gathering line, Haor Chall Engineering is following up with creating the worker bee of the line. The Mining Droid 7-5 is a small droid that can be launched from a missile tube, or released from the bay of a starship en masse. When launched, they fire out in a cylindrical tube until they reach their destination. Upon closing within several meters, they deploy and use a repulsorlift to slow their descent if necessary. The minor droid brain allows for hunting of specific metals and will use its tools to separate it from the rock bed. With separate repulsorlifts on the back of the unit, they will be able to push out the collected and harvested material into space for collection by it's ship's tractor beam. The tractor beams will also be the most effective way for the unit to be returned to its ship.
These droids are also very good at tearing apart spaceship hulls or flesh and bone, however a simple EMP burst will disable these units.
