Rationale

Marvand Publishing Company was originally founded by an elderly couple native to Manda, approximately fifteen years ago. Over the course of the Company's existence, said couple only published literature produced by a very niche, conservative group; which hindered sales and growth until their near bankruptcy in recent history. Darth Metus, a new member of the covert organization known as the One Sith, heard of Marvand's existence whilst on a chance visit to Druckenwell; and saw extraordinary potential. What some saw as nothing more than a medium to spew hateful, close-minded literature, Metus saw as an opportunity to spread the word and message of the One Sith, in addition to cover his underground activities.

As such, through the utilization of funds amassed during his time as a hired gun, Darth Metus liberated the failing company from the brink of dissolution. He purchased full rights and control over Marvand from the elderly couple, handsomely compensating them for their years of effort, and straightway began reformation efforts. Though ignorant to the publishing business, Metus found a cadre of highly intelligent individuals working near the company's Manda branch and hired them on in order to assist him in overhauling the face and procedures of Marvand. The end result was a revitalized company whose intent revolved around the distribution and sale of numerous types of literature; not simply the shallow drivel which was provided formerly.
Not long after Metus sold the corporation to his alchemy tutor Rave Merrill, the Druckenwell headquarters was destroyed, along with a good portion of Druckenwell.

Description

Marvand Publishing Company, in its revitalized form under the ownership of Darth Metus, is a corporation which revolves around the production, distribution, and sale of literature to a variety of audiences. To this end, the company has began reaching out across numerous channels in order to contact authors, new and old, in order to assist them in making their works into best sellers. Marvand, while small, provides excellent editorial services to the writers who hire its services; in addition to expert advice in terms of release dates, audiences, and everything in-between. The process of having a work of literature published through Marvand is typically three-fold. To begin, the manuscript is edited and evaluated by the editorial staff, primarily located at the company's Manda branch.

From there, the finalized product is transmitted to the Adarlon branch, where it is printed to fill the order placed by the author. Whilst the printing process commences, the Druckenwell branch reached out to a variety of sources of distribution. These range from simple, local book stores, to grocery stores, to newsstands, and everything in-between. The Druckenwell branch also handled the obtaining of testimonials from critics and other notable individuals in order to gain notoriety and "buzz" for the literature being produced. The final step in the process revolves around shipping the books from the Adarlon branch to the various stores that have ordered them...and the crossing of fingers, hoping for a best seller!

Seems legit. However, the protection of copyrights is something handled by governments. Unless you mean you've got a legal department ready to slap a lawsuit on anyone for cribbing off your authors. Either clarify or remove it, then you'll get approved right and proper.
