DESCRIPTION
Mandal Hypernautics is one of three major mandalorian production compannies, formerly the smallest of the bunch it grew to become the largest. It was built to be one of the top fifteeen or so companies. And it stayed there for years. Eventually its then owners, the Larraq family, relinquished control of the company and it began to drop, but some opportunists managed to get their hands on the company before it fell too far and funded a company headquarters move from ruined mandalore to the mandalorian stronghold of Dxun, the moon of Onderon. There it began to flourish once again and the companies facilities begin to turn out products once again.
RATIONALE
After the Larraq family pulled out of MandalHypernautics, taking with them all of the companies subsidaries, the companies stock prices plummeted and the Draay family was able to buy out the company easily. The ownership of the company was then turned over to The Guardian as he is, and was, the eldest Draay child and as such he mantains control of his the company while a merger is planned for Vanguard Industries to be disolved into Mandal. MH's policies will be changing as has been made obvious by the change in managment, and ownership.
