6. Invasions against recalled Major Factions do not require negotiations to account for fairness and balance prior to the start of the Invasion.

After internal discussion, this rule was decided to be hastily implemented and is being removed while Staff continues to investigate whether or not its presence is necessary or in violation of the spirit of this community.

All current Invasions in violation of this rule must resume efforts to pursue negotiations and the Invasion must be restarted in order to be valid.
