Yes, there have been clashes between rival Sith groups.

Banites tend to be, by the very nature of their philosophy, violently opposed to most other Sith groups.
And there's no limit to the number of zealots (like Imperia here) who are willing to purge any Sith or SIth group that they feel is heretical - such as the Brotherhood of Darkness, in Imperia's case.
