Leper Messiah [Domino]

Kära Vi'dreya was not known for greedy tendencies or materialistic desire, so when she set her mind on acquiring an item she gave her all. The Book of Sith - a cacophony of ancient texts brought together by Sidious during his ascension to power. It was something Kära longed to get her hands upon, but it was far from obtainable. Underground information gave her probable cause to suspect one @[member='Domino'] had acquired the text, which was lifted during a raid against the Sith Archives conducted by the likes of Velok and Valik. And Domino hadn't made any serious attempt at covering up her location. Perfect.

Alone, with only Skydd for company, the woman made her way through space. Her destination was Domino's little Academy for the Gifted. Throughout the journey she allowed her mind wander: while many sought this book to learn secrets it held, to acquire scrolls of immense power, Kära's desire was purely academic. She sought to study and learn from some of the greatest Sith Minds Galactic history had to offer. In a way it was like sizing up the competition. The sight of the stars aided the woman in her thoughts, she did so enjoy roaming through space, a trait she must have inherited from her Father, the great Admiral.

When the ship finally dropped out of hyperspace, above the planet which housed Domino's Academy, the woman waited. For a short while she simply stared at the planet, but then the moment was over. Sending down a secure message to request landing permissions and a meeting with Domino herself the Sith Lady waited. There would be much to discuss, a lot to consider and most likely bartering involved. How she loathed petty acts of politics such as this - business with the HRDs had been much more preferable.

But Domino had something Kära wanted, so there was little else to be done save suffer it.

While Vaynai's port authority was quick enough to give the Lady Kyros permission to land in the small sea-side port community near the school, that was the most they could do for her, the Twi'lek was a private resident and they weren't the postal service. As for the blue lady herself? She was enjoying a day out on the beach, reading on the warm sands while resting between swims. She didn' know about Kyros coming to see her or her quest for The Book, and frankly she wouldn't know the woman if someone had told her. They'd just never met.

Hungry, the Twi'lek packed in her book and towel and headed back up the sandy path to the estate she'd turned into a school while she wondered what there was to make into a lunch. Sandwiches probably, maybe some fruits to go with them. She'd see.

There was little to no resistance with the codes she had sent down and the request she had made. But that just made her little Sith Senses tingle somewhat; there would be higher security around this Domino then, she suspected, which meant her guard had to be up, even if only partially. Without a word she slipped from her seat and strode to her quarters aboard the Judgement, which was close enough to set up communications with the planet down below yet far enough to pose no threat. In her quarters she did something very out of character... She changed from her Sith Lord robes into a less apparent mantle.

The clothes she chose were very simple, they seemed to be a leather hide of some kind and set her apart from no other traveller in the Galaxy. It would not do for her to be noticed now. Aboard the Judgement she had a simple, unmarked vessel waiting in one of the hangars. It was to this she ventured towards next, and with it she made her descent down to the surface. When she docked the woman sent a secure transmission back to the ship to ensure that Skydd and the shadows who made up her crew would remain cautious and practical in her absence.

Her first stop was to speak with those who had offered her passage; perhaps they would know where the illustrious Domino was, and how to gain contact with her...
