The thought of returning to the sphere of influence of the sith was almost repulsive to Jairdain. However, the call to rescue and secure Jedi knowledge that was located on Telos IV was too great to keep her away. Getting there was going prove difficult for the master. All of her ships were clearly marked as belonging to the Silver Jedi, Alliance or Commenor. As she thought about it though, Commenor was at least neutral with the Sith Empire so she borrowed one of their ships. The worst that would happen is she was taken captive again.

Luckily the security checks were minimal and she was allowed to land on the planet. Where to begin her search was beyond her. Not being able to read proved difficult at times and maps or holograms were useless to her. There weren't enough blind people to have these things written in a language she could read with her fingers and she let out a small, but irritated sigh.

While she could see through the Force, she was able to avoid running into people or things. Some things and bits of emotion stood out stronger to her. So far in the short time she had been on the planet, she had yet to come across any sith. In a way this was a relief and she walked on.

That didn't last long though and there was one near to her. Through the Force she sense his alignment and if he had the same ability, he would feel she wasn't a true Jedi. While following a path of light, her code and alignment within the Force was far closer to a neutral one than light or dark.

Taking a risk, she did keep walking and exuded an aura of not wanting to fight him. Desperately hoping he would pick up on, she suddenly got the feeling he wouldn't attack her just because she was not a sith.

Having chartered a ship to take him to Telos IV in search of old relics of what he knew as his past, Tersen though a Sith did not view things like the Sith of the current age he found himself in. He put securing of history, and knowledge first. Upon arriving on Telos, he sensed something familiar from the surrounding, it was almost like waking from a dream, though not at the same time. His surroundings reminded him of the Empire, but yet it was still different. His mission however wasn't to be deterred, come hell or high water he would find his prizes.
As he walked through the city, there was a small twinge from the force, almost like he was being followed but it had to be impossible no one knew he was coming here and he wasn't really on the Jedi's sense just yet. He had tried to keep a low profile from the warring factions of the universe. He continued to walk down the street but the feeling was getting stronger and stronger, now he knew someone was following him. He moved his hand down to the hilt of his saber, maybe it was the thief who stole the holocron of Malgus from him, though the feelings he was sensing was something more "friendly" so it couldn't be. Keeping his hand at his saber, Tersen slowly turned around to confront his shadow.

She had not been the one to steal the holocron that had belonged to him, but if she had known anything about him, her curiosity would have been much greater than it was. Jairdain's love of history was what brought her here and even she knew something of Darth Malgus. He had connections to Voss and in her research when the Silvers were there, she had learned of him.

He wasn't why she here though. In walking her path of balance, she felt drawn to learn more of each side. So by being within the sith territory, she searched for Jedi artifacts. As she pondered her choice, she did not pick up on the fact Tersen had stopped.

When she did, he had already turned about and had his attention focused on her. He was wary, but not openly hostile or violently attacking her. Jairdain took this in a positive light and continued to move up to him.

"I'm sorry to seem to be following you. That was not the case. It seems we are headed in the same direction though."

Her own hands were held open at her sides and nowhere near to where her saber was, but still it could be reached in a moment.

"As it would, my curiosity is peaked as to why you would come to this place."
Tersen stood patiently, and quietly. Still unsure about this woman who was now in front of him. He was a bit hesitant now to want to continue on his quest he set out for himself. He could sense the light and the dark emanating from the woman, which confused him, the only force user he knew to be both was Revan and the master he was seeking her refuge here on Telos. Maybe this was the new norm for this time he was in, but something also calling out this wasn't normal as well.
"Something about you is different, is it normal for force users to be like you and walk a path like Revan?"
Tersen now was very curious about her past and how she managed to walk the path like Revan. Though Tersen didn't want to walk the same path, he was curious how people could manage it and do it well.

Through the Force Jairdain felt he was speaking true, he was truly interested and curious about her or why she was even here. The location was sith and she was not. However, she did not pick up on any real hostility from him that was directed at her personally. He felt from her that she walked a path different and had found a sense of balance between the light and dark. In asking if it was normal for people, she shook her head before answering.

"I came here to seek out the teachings of an ancient person that lived here many thousands of years ago."

Until she knew him more, she decided this was all he needed to know. It was Jedi teachings she was here for along with the sith items that had been guarded by Atris. The mention of Revan interested her.

"No, it is not common for many Force users to walk this path."

Simple answer for a complicated question.

"I see, and whose teachings are you seeking here?"
Tersen wanted to probe more, as if this woman was a member of the Jedi order, she may have been sent to stop him from his mission. Though she could also have been sent by what current incarnation the Sith Empire was. Either way he still would keep his guard up either or would be a bad thing for him, as he didn't really agree with the current Sith Empire, and well the Jedi may not know of him yet but once they find out they would make sure to try to get him out of the picture. One thing he could respect though is she was just as elusive as he was, and she did follow a path like Revan, a man that Tersen though was told not to revere, he did anyway. Not waiting for long he would continue on his way for his quest he put forth before himself, so turning back in the direction he was originally walking, he started back down toward the finish of his quest. If she was a jedi or not if the woman interfered with his mission he would defend himself from her.

The man was direct, that was for sure and Jairdain didn't fault him for it. This place, time and people sometimes required it. Besides, she was in his space and not some neutral territory. Letting out more of a mental sigh, she looked in his direction still. If he looked closely, he would notice her eyes was unfocused but a clear violet color. Her time with the sith had not left her scarred upon her return to the Silver Jedi. However, she no longer felt she could be considered Jedi.

His reading of her was very accurate and she followed both paths as well as her own. Neither that of the sith or the Jedi.

"A woman, Atrisa."

He moved to start heading in their original direction and if he allowed it, she would fall into step beside him.

"I am Jairdain."

"I am Tersen Merrick."
He gave a nod to the woman.
"So you are looking for Atris as well? Then I guess our missions are aligned."
Though he didn't like it, maybe two would be better than one for looking for the items he wished to find. Four eyes are always better than two in most cases. He also thought since she knows of the old jedi's items he was looking for, maybe she would know where Atris hid them. Tersen did feel a bit on edge pairing with a Jedi, but with her alignment it was a bit easier. Though the thoughts of corrupting her to the dark side continued to manifest itself in his mind, for now she would be an ally. Only after the mission was complete would he consider turning her.

Even though Jairdain did not see his nod as he gave his name, she returned one to him. Commenting in the process that he was also searching here for anything from Atris, she couldn't help but wonder if maybe the Force had guided them together.

His reluctance to work with her was felt, but the acceptance that looking together outweighed the cons of it. One thing that did not cross her mind was the thought of trying to bring him to the light.

She was not one of the pure Jedi that wandered around attempting to redeem people. While alignment could matter, it didn't right now. Tersen didn't attempt to attack her or express any intent to be violent. So what he was wasn't an issue and Jairdain didn't think it would be.

"Correct. She guarded several artifacts and those interest me."
