Cordel is a human male with blood relations to the Mandalorian clan known as the Vizslas. Pure of blood, he stands little over six feet in height, and has a bulky frame. His hair is dark black and has been cut extremely short during each recorded meeting. Distinctive markings the subject hosts are eyes of a greenish-blue hue and a thin circular scar on the right side of his face. Cordel has favored simple tunics and hooded jackets when not in combat armor during past operations. Armor is of traditional Mandalorian make; see operative's implant for medical history.

While sometimes disagreeable and quite irritable, Cordel has not yet gone against any of our contracts of company mandates. The subject is gruff and favors dark humor that regional manager -REDACTED- took note of in previous conversation. He has been agreeable with standard pay rates, and has proven himself to be reliable on during previous contracts. Mister Cordel does not enjoy bragging -- it seems he prefers his actions to speak for him, something of value given the circumstances.

Note: During the Naboo crisis, operative -REDACTED- was Cordel's handler. During the operation, the subject's handler took note of apparent suicidal tendencies and a heavy reliance on anti-depressants. This would explain the somewhat murky nature of Cordel's replies when spoken to in past instances. Do not broach this topic around him.

Furthermore, Cordel harbors a strong hatred of the Zeltron culture, stating that they were "a bunch of spice-fiends that do little more than consume the resources of people that matter, and pop out more spice-fiends by the dozen". Please do not introduce the subject to Zeltron employees.

+ Cordel is a marksman. We have signed him on to help teach new security how to deal with DC series weaponry a number of times.

+ The subject is on the speed dial of a number of our regional managers. He is an accomplished hunter of men, relying on surprise, overwhelming firepower, and superior training to bring in his quarry.

+ He has proven himself capable in the field of maintenance, helping to bring one our our shuttles back into shape, and then bringing home on more than one occasion.

- Cordel is reliant on his technology for victory. Though he is resourceful, when deprived of his armor's advanced systems, his success percentage dropped by more than thirty percent.

- Suicidal tendencies are not something we tolerate here at -REDACTED-. Cordel was offered psychiatric help and declined. While normally we would not allow his condition to go untreated, Cordel is not an official employee, but a contractor that we must keep at arm's length for the sake of legality. His problems are his own.

- Cordel cannot lie. While he may attempt to do so, the subject's charisma offers him no assistance in the art of deception. Without his helmet, even a child could tell when Cordel is trying to pull the wool over their eyes.

Unfortunately we have very little on John Cordel. He came under our occasional employ three years ago, and we know very little of him prior to that. What has been surmised by prodding Cordel has revealed that he is of Mandalorian descent, hailing from the Viszla clan. When asked why he no longer associated with the clan, the subject did not provide an answer.

We do know he grew up on one of the worlds near Mandalore. His mother was found via a death certificate signed on Onderon. The father is not known, and all questions about the man from Cordel's fellow operatives have been met with hostility.

Cordel signed on a as a mercenary with us three years ago. Initially he was training our security officer how to do their job. Eventually he graduated to field work. Since then, Cordel has lessened his affiliation with our company, but still returns to take up jobs here and there. In his time under our employ, he has recovered thirty-two persons of importance, and participated in forty-one combat operations.

To note, Cordel's dependence on anti-depressants did not turn up until his second year with us. There is a high possibility he had this vice at some time in the past; we have chosen not to pry further.
