Jedi High Council

What is posted here is up for some discussion, pending practical and large scale resistance to some aspects.

Number of Council Members:
12 Council Members
-It will consist of only Jedi Masters
-In the event that there are less than 12 PC masters to be on the council then the rest will be considered NPCs that are temporary council members. They really serve no voting purpose. Their entire purpose is just to offer consistency of numbers.
-No alts on the council. If you have two masters then only one may sit on the council.

Who is on the Council
Active Jedi Masters
--There will be no more than 12 active masters on the council at any one time.
-If there are more than 12 active masters, then they will have to wait until one of the following happens:
1) A Jedi steps down from the Council
2) The Council votes to remove one of it's members
3) A Council member goes inactive

The Grandmaster
The Grandmaster is nominated by his peers. If there are multiple candidates then the entire order votes on who shall be the Grandmaster. The winner of the general election is only Grandmaster once the present council confirms them with a two thirds majority vote.

Really any current masters are welcome. I just am not sure of any others at this point in time.

While I don't like the idea of NPC jedi on the Council, the rest seems good.

Should be cleared up to read:
