[SIZE=10.5pt]Description[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: [/SIZE]Following her liquidation of assets in Chandrila DataTech and Hudrel Robotics, Darth Ayra sought to use the capital created through her alter ego to begin a new venture. Seeking to gain influence with the Imperial Remnant, so that they could be used in her Grand Plan, Darth Ayra arranged a meeting with Eobarda Tarkin on board the Apex to discuss her proposal in person.

Meeting with the Chiss Admiral as Alicia Drey, a pitch was made for the Imperial Remnant to become partners with her to begin a new venture: ImperialArms Incorporated. With a fifty-fifty split between the Imperial Remnant government and Alicia Drey at the time of it's founding, the business entrepreneur would oversee the development of the corporation, delivering the weapons, ships, ammunition and munitions that they required to resurrect the New Order in return for funding supplied by the Imperial Remnant.

A contract was signed between Alicia Drey and Eobarda Tarkin, representative of the Imperial Remnant, during their negotiations, where the Imperials would fund and back Alicia Drey in her new venture. Thus ImperialArms Incorporated was founded on Kalee, to supply the Imperial war machine once more with the weapons and technology they needed to fulfill their aims and objectives as a faction.

There are far too many operations here for a tier 2 company, contract with a major faction or not. Please reduce this to a reasonable mix.
