Description: Because the 80th floor of the building is built in an hexagonal fashion, and out of respect for the original occupants of the space, unlike the other IGR Brokerage offices, the separation between realtor zones and the administrative zones isn't as clear-cut as would be the case in the other offices. Of course, due to the high cost of real estate on Coruscant, the office also feels more cramped. It is by far the most uncomfortable of the IGR offices to work in, especially in the wake of Operation Blackout, where additional help was brought in to deal with the influx of business, bringing the total realtor count to 40.
History: When the real estate start-up that later became IGR's Coruscant office was founded, a few months prior to Operation Blackout, their office had about a dozen realtors and was struggling under the weight of the One Sith's rule, which nevertheless let them operate on Coruscant despite being owned by what the OS perceived as enemy leadership at the time so long as they avoided going bankrupt; after Operation Blackout, the exterior of the building was covered in grime. It proved to be expensive to lease the office space, even after Operation Blackout was won by the Alliance in the end.
