History: The Azure office was built on Azure after IGR was tentatively sold to Clan Lok with [member="Cathul Thuku"] as its representative, and Cathul imposed her condition for the sale to proceed, after Cathul agreed to maintain all current locations of the real estate brokerage company: another location needed to be open on Azure, due to the change in ownership, passing from Alliance to Mandalorian hands. As a result, it is currently the only real estate office on the planet, and the only IGR location in Mandalorian territory.
