Description: A rapid fire anti-air vehicle, the Hydra class is a designated anti-air tank designed and produced by the Firemane company situated on Kaeshana. Able to handle most level terrain quite easily, even more uneven areas as well when compared to similar vehicles with physical treads, the Hydra class reaches its needed destination in a combat zone diligently and without delay. Its sturdy armor plating provides it with the durability to withstand light arms fire and while its light shields maintain operational under heavier enemy opposition for a brief time to either begin to pull out or get off a barrage of laser fire against its targets before faltering and forcing a more pressed decision. All the same the dual rotating laser cannon turrets can also be turned on ground targets, though it is less effective on smaller infantry and more nimble targets than it is the bombers, gunships, and dropships its meant to shoot down. The Hydra class also bears chaff launchers to defend against a small number of missiles if enemy air support or artillery strikes back.
