Rationale: Barkt founded Heofon Industries using the money left to him by his father, and has been using the engineers from Prototype lab Q after the Spynet was disbanded as well as the Bothuwai shipyards as the start of their company. The starship plans of his father, both from the past and those never implemented, are being built and updated to new standards.
After some time and effort, Heofon Industries has grown to include the whole of Bothuwai's shipyards, and Barkt, a capable designer in his own right, has begun to expand his work into freighters, although the CEO still loves producing and designing starfighters. And while they plan on beginning to build larger ships, the smaller ones will be their pride and joy.
