Following the infamous Auction of Contruum that began the hostilities between the Black Sun Syndicate and the Galactic Republic, the anonymous purchase of @[member="Genesis Rostu"] resulted in the obtainment of the legendary Healing Crystals of Fire formerly owned by the Jedi Order. Having been previously abducted at the hands of @[member="Velok"] and company in their raid of the Jedi Archives, the Crystals were sold during the Auction and sent to an anoymous drop off point that was promptly picked up by the former Grand Marshal and then donated to the Templar Order for their usage. The Crystals were then installed in a similar manner than how they were formerly kept, forming a healing chamber of sorts at the Sriluur Sanctum. However, one of the Crystals was selected for an ambitious change that would assist the Curates of the Templar Order in their healing ventures from that point forward.
This Crystal was broken down into several shards and fitted with silver in order to form a series of unique amulets. These, dubbed Heartstone Amulets due to their intended purpose, were then dispersed amongst members of the Curates for assistance in their healing ventures. As a whole, the capabilities found within the amulets are not such that they augment the healing prowess of the individual; as the shards are drastically smaller than the immense remainder of the Healing Crystals of Fire. However, the amulets resonate with a Templar's utilization of healing through the Force and act as an impressive medium, bestowing focus, clarity, and stamina for the task at hand. A wielder of a Heartstone Amulet would, for example, be able to heal an increased number of paper cuts than without one. However, it is to be noted that the ability to heal more of a minor wound does not translate into ease healing a larger wound; such as a gash compared to a paper cut.
