DESCRIPTION

Hegemonic Automaton, being a droid manufacturing company, would be hard pressed to mark its entrance into the market of supercomputers with anything other than a Droid Control Computer. The H1 Droid Control Computer is presently the most advanced droid control computer on the market, in part due to its design and also due to the materials employed in its construction.

For ultimate fighting cohesion among droids, hook them up to a Central Control Computer. Central Control Computers allow for the instant transmission of information to droid units on a planetary scale. Further, Central Control Computers also act as a sort of hive mind for droids. Droids hooked up to one of these machines is constantly relayed information from the computer and other droid units. Commanders utilizing Central Control Computers are able to more effectively coordinate their droids, giving them cohesion and cooperation unobtainable by organic workforces and soldiers.

The H1 Droid Control Computer differs from other models in that it applies patented Hegemonic Automaton technology in its design. Much like the droid brains produced by Hegemonic Automaton, the H1 DCC utilizes Gabonna memory crystals and a unique microsynapse system. Unlike the droid brains, however, the fact that there’s more space meant that engineers could interweave Xylen with the material and increase the H1 DCC’s power as a result. This already makes for a powerful processing machine, but the H1 DCC is much larger than a droid brain and more closely resembles a super computer. Advanced, unparalleled technology given an even greater amount of space than usual makes the H1 DCC the foremost technology to use when looking to coordinate a large amount of droids effectively. Of course, a notable drawback to all of this is the issue of power supply. Fortunately if you can afford a piece of equipment as expensive as the H1 DCC, you can probably afford the electric bill as well.

Units that achieve sapience tend to develop more eloquent speech patterns, developing a demeanor towards its owner as a sophisticated butler might as well as a suitably fancy Imperial accent. This demeanor should not be confused for total submission, as tests show that H1 DCCs that develop a high level of animosity towards it owner may attempt to usurp control of the droids it operates and act contrary to the owner’s interest. Regular memory wipes are strongly urged.

H1 DCCs can be constructed anywhere, but don't plan on moving them any time soon.

Hegemonic Automaton is not responsible for H1 Droid Control Computers that obtain sapience.
