Sources suspect target was born on Nar Shaddaa, and has been exposed to the criminal life since conception. Little information of childhood can be provided. First crime on record involved a bank robbery utilizing self-procured high-end explosives. Suspect was never identified by name, and was labeled merely as the Gungan Bomber after reviewing security tapes.
Further records of this variety built up on Nar Shaddaa, but the rampant criminal activity on the smugglers moon under the control of the Hutts however, prevents an extensive record of this sole criminal. At some point, new reports of a Gungan Bomber appeared on other worlds surrounding Nar Shaddaa. Was likely involved with a criminal organization poised against the Hutts and other criminal organizations in power.
As space lanes opened up again, similar crime records were beginning to occur on worlds within the Mandalorians, the Sith Empire, the Republic, the Omega Protectorate, and so on. Frequency of attacks escalated today's scales, and suspect remains at large.
