Major Locations:

  • The Nevermore: As Glyss is such a large planet it is a given that their is a large amount of the planet that has yet to be explored. Only about a thirty-five percent of the planet has truly been explored and colonized by the Andre'al. Everything outside their colonized territory has been deemed the Nevermore as following the truce between the Zerith and the Andre'al and is where most of the Zerith have been exiled to. In the Nevermore one will run across large amounts of Duxalo, and Mynkir and on occasion it is alot easier for one to find a Te'Van. Villages can be spotted spread across the rest of the planet where hoards of Zerith made their homes and inside mountains or underground.

The Nevermore

  • Nymphra: Nymphra once started out as a lowly village where the original colonizers of Glyss made their home, however over the centuries it has evolved into a city that can rival that of even Arcadia and Nar Shaddaa. There is no lack of entertainment in this city as there are casino's for gambling and even live arena fights between the best warriors that Glyss has to offer. With their advanced intelligence the Andre'al and their ancestors were able to build the city with building reaching high into the sky and multiple layers being built into the planets crust and slowly working its way deeper into the planet. This city covers about ten percent of the land that has been colonized and reaches deep into the planet offering a city similar to Coruscant in some regards. However there are no signs of poverty in this city. Even on the lower levels beings always have homes and have no need to beg for credits. Equipped with a spaceport shuttles launch to and from the planet to its moons and exporting its goods.

Nymphra

  • Wynfra: Wynfra is another one of the larger cities however it is built into the mountain ranges extending deep underground. This is the largest lot of land taken up by the planet and for good reason as it is the main herding ground for the massive Duxalo. At one point they tried building a city similar to Nymphra however Mynkir kept terrorizing the area and destroying it. While lacking the vices of Nymphra, Mynkir is fun for any that prefer the wilderness or a simpler city away from the noises of the main city. Often times one will find peace here unless they are under attack by rogue Zerif or Mynkir.

Wynfra

  • Kingdom of Aradia: At one point this castle had belonged to the Zerith and was where the warlords would adjourn, however after the war against the Omwati, and Dathomirian immigrant they were force out and into the Nevermore. When first declaring herself queen after the victory against the Zerith this was the main land that she claimed would be her kingdom and where she would rule from. On the edge of the territory leading into The Nevermore the castle is always on guard and is home to a large majority of the worlds military forces and is the home of the royals where they are tasked with mounting a defense against any Zerith that dare attack, and protecting their people.

Kingdom of Aradia

Culture: Descending from both Omwati and native Dathomirian’s the Andre’al never truly had a culture of their own till the original ones who had colonized the Aradia system had passed on. However the tales of their forefathers have always been passed down. Tales of how the first queen of the Aradia system not only tamed a Mynkir saving her village, but eventually went on to form a bond with a Te’Van. These tales are used as both bedtime stories to the young children and tales to inspire the adults to be the best they can be.

Though being up to the galactic standard in technology the Andre’al still have to do things common of tribals. Often times they would have to not only have to herd Duxalo, but must also protect them from other creatures such as the Mynkir and other predators. Just as the Duxalo’s meat feeds them and its fur clothes them the Andre’al offer their protection to the beasts and are willing to throw down their lives to protect their stock. The same can not be said for a Mynkir as the general populace have learned to fear the creatures and their destructive nature, however stories are always told about how the domesticated ones are their guardians and the warriors for their cities. It doesn’t take a genius to see that the species itself almost worships the Te’Van seeing the beasts as signs of prosperity and wealth with and Andre’al willing to give their lives to protect them.

The Andre’al is very much a monarchy and unlike most it is not chosen through heredity or vote, it is chosen through who can take the throne. As long as one family is strong enough to hold on to the throne it will pass down through their family, however if another topples the leadership they become the king or queen of the Andria system. The species has very much shown to be more loyal to the throne than to whoever sits on it. It is mandatory that anyone over the age of eighteen serve at least four years in the military service and when needed would answer the call to go to war.

In their downtime which is rarely ever Andre'al neeed to keep their minds occupied so usually will go participate in the nightlife of the planet Nymphra and bide their time, and as a species that loves combat they watch the live arena fights that are broadcast across the planet.

Not much is known about the Zerith except from what the original colonizers of the Aradia were able to learn. They are creatures that live in large hordes that are guided by a single Zerith that fought to claim the title of warlord. They live to serve the warlord in all capacities no matter what it may be. They do not care for the luxuries of life like other species as long as their hunger and bloodlust is sated. Their lives are almost entirely centered around battle with wars often erupting between other Zerith hordes . Though there is nothing they like more then hunting other humanoids and Te’Van for not only sport but for their delicious meat. There have been some that have broken off from this culture and chosen to live a life among the Andre'al but that number is far and few between.

Technology: Galaxy Standard
History: Zerith have always inhabited the Andrea System and at one point could’ve been considered to be at the top of the food chain. They did not fear Te’Van nor did they fear Mynkir they believed themselves to be infallible. Though when the first Dathomirian and Omwati colonizers arrived on the planet the Zerith fell upon the species seeing another species that could be a possible threat to their power base. In doing so they started a decade long war between what would eventually become the Andrie’al. It is during this time the women known as Titania was on the rise in popularity. Not only had she made her name by controlling a Mynkir with the force and beginning the process of domesticating some of them, she was also the first to mount a Te'Van and ride it into combat against the Te'van.

However even with their large numbers and their skills in combat the Zerith could not combat the large number of force users that had arrived on the planet and were in turn forced to concede defeat with most of the hordes dispersing and swearing to not get within a certain distance of Andrie’al settlements. Claiming what was once the Zerith's home Titania proclaimed herself queen of not only Glyss but the system as a whole and swore her life to defending not only her people, but any that came for help. Her rule would go on for another fifty years before she died of natural causes leaving her daughter in charge.

During the times of the Gulag Plague large amounts of the population began to die off, even the Zerith were beginning to deplete in number and the current king was at a loss for what to do, however a women named Cynia Sovereign bonded with a Golden Te'Van and soon after challenged the king to combat, and upon the Kings death she took the throne demanding order from those she now led. Leading efforts to fight off the virus didn't help, however eventually the virus seemed to disappear after wreaking havoc on their population.

For centuries the Sovereign family continued to rule till a few years ago when a Zerith that had been taken in as a infant fell to madness and in turn killed the very same Andre'al that had raised him. Ascending to the throne this Zerith brought a new era of pain and suffering believing himself to be undefeatable and is feared by the citizens he leads. Zerith are now allowed into the cities and roam free doing as they please, murder is on the rise and even when another mass of the Andre'al population was taken to the Netherworld he did not care and continued in his rule.

Notable Pcs: Winter Sovereign, Summer Sovereign
Intent: To create a planet for the beings of the Andre'al race, and eventually a home for The Awoken faction.

@Winter Sovereign

Hello, I'll be working with you on this one. Overall this looks interesting and good to go. I don't have a lot of issues with this one, however the main one is in regards to its size. This will have to be adjusted.

This is really huge. I do not see this retaining standard Earth-like gravity while being almost eight times its size. I consider terrestrial planets over 20 000km rare, and this stretches far beyond that. Most above that size become gas giants. Is there a valid reason for this planet to be so large?

This does not take into account the immigrated species. What about the Omwati and Dathomirian?

Thanks
