He is considered beautiful by most individuals that meet him, although they say he has a freezing cold attitude towards others, he has an imposing physical build. An imposing figure, lord Drakkon has all the makings as those of a dragon.

- Skills: Thanks to his enhancements, Valko has absurd intelligence and uses it to demonstrate his mastery as a tactician. A leader of men, he excels in this role and is an example to other officers. He is a great pilot of small ships and has excellence in command of a larger ship, but it is in the use of his ground forces that General Captision demonstrates his true ability. He plays the mandalorian flute like no other and has made people cry due to that. He is quite a genius with engineering and biology.

- Personality: A cold and distant individual. Valko has a silent presence, rarely speaking what he thinks unless he finds it duly necessary. The reality is that he sees himself as one of the most intelligent creatures in the galaxy, his arrogance makes him stop having any desire to interact with others and can be quite vexing for those around him. However, he is regarded as very curious, often looking for new acquaintances and new ways of learning, always wanting to learn more about everything around him or what he finds useful. Valko also shows a lot of interest in engineering.
COMBAT INFORMATION
- WEAPON OF CHOICE: Vibrorapier │ Pistols.
- COMBAT FUNCTION: Although he is not very familiar in the arts regarding the use of a lightsaber, Valko is a deadly wielder with his rapier, he is a long time practitioner of the eldest art of sparring, his accuracy is mostly thanks to his enhancements, he can wield pistols and rifles if he needs to but he prefers to command others instead of facing combat by himself.
STRENGHTS:
- A GENERAL OF LEGIONS: He can be regarded as one of the best field officers in the galaxy. Valko uses his brilliant intellect to command every asset at his disposal with elegance and mastery. Ruthless and cunning, he will always prefer the offensive, instead of a defendable strategy for crushing his marks.
- BRILLIANT AND BEAUTIFUL: Thanks to the enhancements freely attached to his head, Valko has an absurd level of intelligence, such an astounding level that he can focus all of his intellect to achieve his goals in many different tasks at once.
- BEWARE OF HIS MIGHT: Thanks to the enhancements of his body, Valko is a deadly fighter, he uses his implants to play dirty. Switching his arm into a cannon, electrifying others by touching them directly, bending his mechanical body fast, and using that superior strength to crush entire bones.
WEAKNESSES:
- TOO ARROGANT: He trusts too much in himself and believes he is the greatest being in the galaxy, when in fact he is not.
- VULNERABLE TO EMP: Thanks to his enhancements, EMP is a major problem with him, being able to disable him completely.
- POOR SWORDSMANSHIP SKILLS: He doesn't know much about the arts of swinging a lightsaber, being only an adept of two arts with a lightsaber, more than enough to help him survive, but doesn't help him much against more versatile practitioners and well-experienced fighters, those being able to easily subdue him.
- LIMITED ARSENAL: His knowledge of the Force is very limited. He is very dedicated to the arts he already knows, but he ain't nearly master material. His enhancements can cause him to be easily defeated against true masters of force lightning, bolt of hatred, and other aggressive force powers.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Born in Bakura in one of his most prestigious families, Valko grew up surrounded by luxury and power. Something that soon ended when his planet was invaded by the Ssi-Ruuk Imperium, his parents were killed and he was left with all his inheritance but alone. In search of the best tutors in the galaxy, Valko devoted himself to the study of engineering, architecture and tried to guide his family's companies, he soon sold the companies and went on looking for more.
Entering the depths of Sith territory, Valko was found by a Sith Lord named Azutath, after passing his tests he became his apprentice and served him for a long time learning everything he could about the Force. Unfortunately more interested in how to apply it in the control of others, Valko devoted little to the military domination of the Force and its application in defeating his enemies through arts with the lightsaber.
He soon left the Empire when he saw the desperate desire for control and power that infiltrated his ranks. Fleeing away, Valko served in the First Order for a long time, not out of any love or appreciation for his desperate march for more, but just because he wished to fight the Imperium and crush the Ssi-Ruu back to their cluster.
With the fall of the First Order, Valko decided to abandon the desire to defeat the Ssi-Ruuvi and joined the New Imperial Order. Where he was soon approached by Princess Lunafreya and offered the opportunity to align his goals with hers. He accepted and took his place as General of the forces in his sector.
In his time serving the New Imperial Order's Army, he ascended and became the sole general in control of JanFathal's Army. Where, according to the rumors, he became Lunafreya's paramour, and rose to become the one in charge of all her military known and unknown operations. In helping her recruit soldiers of alien species not loyal to the New Order but faithful to the ideals imposed by the Bloody Duchess and himself, of order and equality for all species, away from humanities authority thumb. Their actual plan was to build the most dangerous force inside New Imperial Army and slaughter all the members of the Assembly that would not join them, crush Irveric's skull, and drink Tyrell's blood in a golden cup as she would become the new Imperatrix as soon as Bastion was secured. However, Bastion's Invasion brought down Operation Kyber Dark, in which the imperials turned against all the Sith rebels and reminiscences in service of their ranks, forcing Lunafreya to save her own brethren and enemies in a desperate attempt for achieving more power.
In JanFathal, Valko waited for the signal to mobilize his troops and Pellaeon's ships, for the planet was always kept stranded for all major communications with the outside galaxy, a deed done by Duchess Solidor for keeping its inhabitants under her thumb and control. All communications with the outside galaxy and the imperial high command were only permitted to the top-ranking planetary officers, and in that case, himself. Once Valko read the orders he knew their plan was done for, for there was no surprise in an attack performed by dissidents of the Sith Order, only to have its population railing to the human's cause against them.
He fled to a secret bunker in JanFathal, where he knew only Lunafreya could find him. And when she did, Lunafreya told him of a plot, far larger than what she had dreamed in their little coup-d'etat, where they could have their revenge and yet achieve its most impressive creation: building the largest private army in the galaxy.
