Floating images

Would anybody be able to give me a brief guide on how to make images float to where the text is typing alongside it? (Not like one line, the entire thing)

This. Either left or right. Then go ahead and type after the coding section. For example blah blah blah

As an addendum to the above, place the float tag BEFORE the text you wish it to float alongside. Not after.
