What are the positions and requirements to fill said position

Faction Seat: Be a rep of one of the major factions. (Minor factions are possible for a seat, please ask if you are unsure.)
Business Seat: Own a Tier 4 or above company.
Private Seat: Do a lot of stuff for the TE.
Planetary Seat: One for each planet under TE control (currently only Geonosis)
Supreme Commander's Seat: For the leader of the Empire (me).
The Geonosis seat is free, if anyone wants to be the governor of Geonosis. Otherwise it will be taken by a NPC.

When we do the council thread, you can make big decisions then. Otherwise you are free to do what you want with the planet (within reason).
