Rationale: Niamh is currently the owner of EchaniTech and is the founding owner of Eshan Drive Yards. Through work in the creation of product, securing of a contract with the Silver Jedi, and purchase from Silk Holdings, she has come to own both EchaniTech and Eshan Drive Yards independently of Silk Holdings. Description: EchaniTech and Eshan Drive Yards were one successful companies on their own, despite having the same CEO. With time things changed and both companies were purchased by Silk Holdings. When Niamh recovered from a wound induced coma, she was only in charge of EchaniTech. However, through work, and no small amount of effort, she brought EchaniTech back to prominence with several well developed designs of ships and technology, and again made a name for herself in the tech universe. This brought more importance to the EchaniTech side of Silk's business.
Recently, in talking with the current EDY CEO, she determined that both companies would be better off working together given their primary location of Eshan, and their close ties. In securing a contract with the Silver Jedi, she has secured a source of funds for both companies, especially considering the Silver Jedi's needs. Taking this to the CEO of Silk Holdings, and offering a substantial amount of money, both companies have been purchased out from under Silk with a mutual understanding and friendship contract.
In turn, the two have vowed to work together under a new name: Eshan Industrial Corporation. New name, two old companies.
