STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Strengths:
1. 'Skilled with Lightsabers' The first and most obvious strength of the EG-5 is its programmed ability with lightsabers. They were designed to contend with the best, and kill them.
2. 'Independent Thinker' Unlike most droids, EG-5s were capable of thinking independently of a command ship, making it an effective assassin and spy.
3. 'Loyal to a Fault' The EG-5 series, like all droids, can have their allegiances programmed. This means, whoever has the controls has its blades.
Weaknesses:
1. 'Still a Droid' The EG-5, even with all its skill, is still a droid. It is unable to negotiate or look for another solution. It has its way, and it will go through with it.
2. 'Force Shock' The EG-5 is heavily damaged by force lightning, or any EMP weapon. This was before the time when droids were designed with some immunity.
3. 'Violent' The EG-5 will kill any and all in its path, and spare none who stand in its way.

APPEARANCE:
A tall, dark droid with Red and Black being its primary colors. It has a very skeletal look, much like who it had been based on, General Grievous. Its head is reminiscent of the helmet of a Sith warrior from long ago, intimidating and giving off a red glow. It has two, claw-like feet that could be used to hold onto much more sheer surfaces, and get the drop on unsuspecting foes.

BIOGRAPHY:
It was late in the Clone Wars, calls for more and more advanced droids were called in. The original EG-5s had proven to be... lackluster at best. The Jedi they were sent to kill were usually accompanied by a guard, or in groups, something the droid series was not designed to handle. even with this, they needed a droid to combat Jedi on all fronts, so another 50 EGs were commissioned under the 'Extermination' project. This project was never completely seen through, only five EGs being built. All were scuttled when the CIS fell and the Empire rose, all but one. The last had been aboard a CIS Command Ship, which was shot down somewhere over the planet of Hoth. There, the droid lay, still in recharging mode and awaiting the day when it finally sees combat, finally sees a Jedi dead by its blades.
