We're not really ready. It would be cool, and interesting, but it wouldn't work out in the long run (probably).

yes thats if you go major, could just steal tech form them. Then leave a hole where it was, rebellion do not have to result in becoming major.

The TU and OS were allies for a long time. It would be pretty ruthless of us to steal all their tech when they're collapsing.

I may be new here but I don't think that you should think of stealing tech from a collapsing ally as ruthless I think it should be considered opportunity!
