Codex is Reopened

Yes, that's right, all the Codex forums except Lore Creation are reopened.

Lore creation is going to have some tweaking made to it and will be reopened soon.

Same rules apply, 3 submissions in one area max. I have instructed my CJs to be ruthless with WIPs and nonsense submissions. Do not submit unless you are ready.

That means no WIPs. We will deny and you will have to second chance it when you are ready.

Because they are a waste of space, time and effort. There are innumerable ways to save half-completed stuff if you don't have a PC, from Google Docs to draft emails to your personal blog on this site.

I don't care which you use. I care when people don't follow the rules which have been in effect from day one and clog up the works with half-baked ideas they can't be bothered to finish.
