Sarianna's life had changed much in her time among the silver jedi... mostly because she rarely found ones wanting to learn from her or train. She was a warrior, a firedancer, a battlemaster having won the right to be trained by Darron Wraith and standing there right now she held her two staves collapsed before sitting down. Finding a comfortable lotus position and her hair fell around her face. She was letting the sigil on her chest burn and wearing the gleaming silver gungnir armor something she took before the Republic scrapped the suits. A stupid choice on their part as the armor for jedi in combat situations was well worth it. She sat there and was reaching out with the force while she focused to find battle meditation and battlemind. Using the one to reinforce the other and loop herself into a continual renewal that could keep her going far longer. She pushed her mind outward from the Voss tower and was searching for the minds of the others.

Allana had heard much of the famed blind battlemaster. Word had spread of her arrival to the temple, and the young woman was more that excited to see the Jedi in action. Picking up her pace, she hurried into the training chamber where the duel would begin. Allana had spent the entire day wondering who would be the challenger's opponent, perhaps her father would come along as well. However as she made her way into the large room, she was surprised to find it empty, with only the famed [member="Sarianna Misarr"] patiently waiting in the chamber.

Taking a moment to look around, her suspicions were proved to be correct, no one had shown up yet. It surprised the young Force-user that such a event would bring hardly any spectators, nor even a challenger. However as she pondered over the scene before her, a small idea pooped into her mind. Cautiously taking a few steps toward the woman, she gazed up at the dark cloth covering the eye sockets of the Jedi.

"Excuse me, Master Misarr." her voice seemed shaky and off-balance, but she continued, "If you have not yet received word from any challenger, might I be your opponent for this session?" As soon as the words escaped, she felt a pang of excitement flow within her. She had not had the chance to duel many other Jedi. Mainly her father, was her sole challenger, but today she felt like she was ready to test her skills on a more battle-hardened veteran.

Sarianna looked at her, when the words came into her ears she thought for a moment they were an illusion as she was at the time fully immersed in the force. Shee broke the concentration when Allana stood there before her and rose up the two silver staves coming to her hands while she thought about it. The daughter of a jedi master and founder of the silver jedi was an interesting prospect to duel.

"As you wish padawan." Sarianna moved back a little and bowed her head, she didn't know how much Allana knew with a blade or her skills which was an important thing. Her one hand adjusting the saberstaffs power setting while she secured the sasori staff for guiding her and seeing the environment on her belt. "Your mother I met once, she is a good jedi. I shall endeavor to learn what she and your father have taught you."

The snap hiss came as Sarianna held her staff more like a long handled saber using the grip to give herself greater strength with her measure movements. The blade going to the side while she stood at center of being while her muscles rippled. Tightening until the force coursed through her allowing the battlemind and meditation to reach her and outwards for Allana. She wanted them both to be coordinated and recharged.

Pleased with the woman's response, Allana reached for her own saber's, fiddling with the energy levels before igniting them. Blue and orange light danced before her eyes as she leveled them out before her, making them feel comfortable in her hands yet again. It had been a while she had the chance to spar with anyone, and she could not help but feel a pang of fear as Sarianna tested out her own blades.

However this was replaced with a determined confidence almost immediately after, which she sensed was coming from her opponent. Allana had heard of battle meditation, but had never before felt the effects of it, even if in small doses. She felt empowered, rejuvenated.

"You may have the first move." she said, holding her sabers in a defensive stance, placing one across her body and other held directly in front of her.

Sarianna heard the offer and she moved forward, one foot quickly in front of the other as she pivoted and closed the distance to slash the blade like it was a bat turning her pivot and turn into a strike while she activated the second blade and twisted sending the second with another strike quickly. Her body moved up while Sarianna used snake ascending the waterfall to craft a back and forth motion while she climbed up. Sarianna used the force and was letting her body respond to the battlemind while the force went to her limbs, thinking about it sinking into her bone marrow as she started to enjoy the fight and that thrill. Few others thought about it but a battlemaster needed to know the forms and that included the unorthodox ones that gave dangerous techniques.

Without warning the blind woman went into action. Allana, caught completely unawares, tightened her grip on her lightsabers, stepping forward to meet the blade that came in like a club. Already she could feel herself being forced back by the sheer momentum of the blow. Following through with the momentum delivered, Allana leaned back, falling onto her spine before propelling herself up into the air, the heat of the second blade carressing her bare back as she narrowly passed over the top of it. It was a common trick used by many Ataru users, and Allana would have to be quick and extremely accurate if she was to land a blow on this battlemaster.

As Sarianna moved up into the air to join her, the young woman exerted a strengthened force push, sending a surge of Force energy that would hopefully create some distance between the obvious master and the student.

Sarianna felt it, that ripple of the force against her as she was launched slightly up into the air, her blade out of reach from a falling leaf strike but not for a lunge while she recovered andshifted enough to nearly throw her saber at Allana having one blade activated. She might not have the grip on the saber hilt but there was the power of the lunge going down to try and clip her in the gut at low setting so the stab would be more of a punch if it connected. Her feet touchign the ground and she moved forward letting the saber hilt loosely in her hand slid before kicking and raising herself up to throw a punch with her fist to try and connect at the collarbone while she twirled and brought the saber to try and clip under the chin.
