Things required
1: Power station
2: Shield generator
3: Building materials for housing
4: Large wall
5: Spaceport
6: Hospitals, Schools and other amenities
7: Refugee camps, so they can be checked
Other things as well, as think it is time I moved the planet from just being collection of shanty towns.
