Rationale: Allison partnered with Mirshen after a mission on Tatooine. The Chai La team defends the place and is stationed there and money from bounty and mercenary jobs keep it moderately funded.
With times changing and the large amount of credits Mirshen made from the corsairs and Aedan miles he worked to try and expand the products created by the company. Mostly by having the sisters work more often and closer to everything they normally do. Selling the company and getting some good deals for new weapons and armor to a jedi master with a group that needed a weapons and armor manufacturer and their smiths.
