Strengths:

  • Passengers: Plenty of soldiers to be deployed.

  • Protection: Plenty of point-defense lasers.

Weaknesses:

  • Single Purpose: Personnel Carrier. One trick pony.

  • Lightly Armed: Not much in the form of weaponry to combat other ships of similar sizes.

  • The Front: The entrance to the numerous hangar bays. Open to deploy.

  • Turtle Swag: Extremely slow, usually typically flies straight to the planet, it requires the best and most patient pilots to land such a ship. Flat land makes it all the easier for landing gear.

Description: The Capable-Class Fleet Carrier’s sole purpose is to transport infantry to battlefields. Large and quite capable of landing on a planet that was being assaulted, the Capable is not meant to be a jack of all trades, sort of ship. It’s built to be an excessively large transportation ship, just better armed and armoured, and with a lot more passengers capable of being deployed.

A throw back to the Acclamator Assault Ship of old which was capable of carrying sixteen thousand soldiers, the Capable-Class carries up to twenty thousand soldiers, which is the bare minimum of up to two First Order Legions. Stocked with the tools necessary to perform an invasion with merely one vessel, in the area of space combat the Capable acts as a support vessel due to the size of its hangars and relatively more passive armament.

Within the centre of the ship was the hangar bays, the only exit, the front of the ship where the opening lay when the hangar bay doors were opened. The difference about this ship was that the majority of the ship was the hangar. Breaching the Carrier in one area likely jeopardized the entirety of the ship’s contents and complements.

this would not really represent an armament rating of 6 this would be closer to a 2

so feel free to add more weapons or make the rating 2

Also you have no weakness balancing out your speed. For a speed of 12 in a ship this size you will need some serious weaknesses. Making the armament 2 will help but you will need to reduce the maneuvering to 17. This much mass going this fast would be very difficult to maneuver.

if you would like to keep the ratings as they are and add more weapons you can do 20 posts of development for the speed 20 with no balancing and the increased armament rating :)
