Intent: To create a speeder bike for the Moross Crusade

Development Thread: NA
Manufacturer: Ikas-Adno
Model: Bladerunner Speeder Bike
Affiliation: Moross Crusade is primary buyer, though purchase is open to the public.
Modularity: Aside from normal Civilian and Military variansts, the Bladerunner is highly modifiable, as most personal craft of such small size are. Painting can be redone, engines can be switched out, a blaster cannon or two could be added on, small extendable blades could be added on the side ala Sebulba's podracer. However, none of these procedures are guaranteed to be legal or endorsed by Ikas-Adno. Furthermore any such modifications voids any warranty purchased with the vehicle.
Production: Mass-Produced
Material: Duraplast(Military), Durasteel(Civilian)
Description:
The Bladerunner is a speeder bike designed to aid the Moross Crusade in matters of on-world personal transportation. Though originally purchased as a military speeder with a concealed repeating blaster a market demand bred within the public sector, and as a result a weaponless civilian variant was produced and sold en masse to the public. As it did begin it's career as a more militant speeder it is noticeably more bulky and slow than say, Ikas-Adno's 88-R Nightscreamer, but in return offers greater protection, and still maintains a strong top speed.

While the civilian variant is cheaper it also lacks weaponry, has lighter plating, and maintains a lower top speed at production, a precaution requested by the Moross Crusade so as to not create a 'Too fast for the cops' speed speeder. If modified however the civilian variant has far greater potential to increase it's speed, due to the lightness of materials used as well as lack of the weight and power draw of a blaster. Both models come equipped with minor particle shielding, so as to protect the user from passing by sand, bugs, as well as aid in protection from collisions. The military version however, also comes equipped with minor minor ray shielding as well, allowing the vessel protection from a few rifle or heavy pistol grade shots in case the vehicle is used on the battlefield. It's not capable of dealing with a sniper bolt or sustained fire, but allows the user flexibility.
Role: Personal Speeder-bike

Holding the pilot very closely and tightly, eh?
*waggles eyebrows*

My only actual concern is the weight. This 'bike' weighs over two tons.

You are correct, I copied the vehicle template from somewhere else and forgot to change the weight. After looking at the Silk-5 I figure 225 should be good.
