Description: Introducing the B&W-17, a new and powerful racing swoop designed by Daw Motors and powered by MandalMotors guaranteed to give you the ride of your life. One of the fastest swoops on the market today the '17 is sold almost exclusively to professional swoop racing teams. With its fairly easy to understand design and its fairly standard set up, the '17 is extremely compatible with popular swoop parts despite it being such a new swoop. This has led to the '17 being an extremely versatile swoop. Durable and modular the '17 also has seen extensive use in swoop gangs and illegal cargo track racing.

The controls are much more advanced than the '18 and '46, but its sleep and aerodynamic design make it a popular bike despite the harsh learning curve. Because of its popularity among swoop gangs and several accidents involving the swoop it has been outlawed in many Governments outside professional use such as the Republic, CIS, Sith Empire, and the Omega Protectorate. Even the newly revived Fel Imperium has placed harsh legislation limiting the use of this speeder, thus causing MandalMotors to limit the production of their speeder in order to cut costs.

Please specify the maximum physically attainable speed by this bike, and the speed at which the speed limiter restricts the bike to obtaining.

This submission and your two other speeder bike submissions are nearly ready for approval. The only issue seems to be the weights. Judging by the picture and the obvious size differences in the engines of each bike.... Well... What should be the heaviest bike is the lightest. Please go through and adjust the weight of each vehicle and please try to make the B&W-17 at least twice as heavy as the B&W-18.
