The young and brilliant mind was in charge of their more advanced forms of study and looked towards a combination of science, mystical aspects like the force and most importantly mythology not just from Atrisia's past but also from a number of other areas of the galaxy. They looked at the old model Tora drop pods the Commonwealth had from Kahoshi and they served a purpose. They rarely enacted a fight so drop pods were not a priority. Then they were looking at the pods dropped at Jar'kai... largely technologically similar with he exception of the field disruptor. Beneficial but it worked on shielding and not kazue stone. So Miyoung with the engineers worked on what they would be able to do with that.. the answer was a scary concept of combining deployable pods for strike teams with the rapid deployment pods used on old model Imperial vessels.. but they would hybridize it. The result was a sleek and unassuming pod that could be deployed into a combat zone, with a disruptor on the front for slicing through shielding for a few moment letting it pass while ablative armor and sectional shield protect it around the pod. Once on the ground and deployed its Aegis system would kick in allowing it to coordinate with its Legion linked pods to begin fortifications and establishing a beachhead as it were within the area they are deployed.
