Arachnophobic needing a photoshop whiz

I'm about to give Daemora a makeover but the picture I want to use has a giant spider right in the head and neck area and to crop it out would mean you couldn't see her neck, shoulder or most of her hair.

Just as somebody who has to sleep in a different room for a week if she sees a spider in her bedroom, if somebody could somehow blur out or cover up the spider without making the change obvious that would be very much appreciated.
