Xander is a rather young good-looking man about to reach his thirties. With his appearance making him seem slightly younger than he is, he is often mistaken for an aimless young guy trying to figure things out. He is 174 centimetres tall and has a slim untrained body. His dark hair, rather small brown eyes and really aggressive-seeming eyebrows give him an unpleasant look which is by no means accurate.
He often wears simple T-shirts and jeans, occasionally sweaters and jackets instead of strict business uniforms or suits. That has received a little bit of negative comments, but Xander doesn't care much about them.
Personality:
Xander is a relatively easy-going, chill and fun person as a friend. He doesn't really feel like living according to the pressure the society gives him, making him seem slightly eccentric and out of place at times. In a casual situation, he makes jokes and is generally a fun person to be around. His bravery and outgoing attitude - thanks to his career as a news anchor - makes him a true hero amongst his friends. He is not afraid to tell the truth to anybody and will never back down if either he or his friends are mistreated.
However, in a formal situation, the man is a lot stricter. Even though he doesn't wear suits, he still acts in a formal manner in such situations -- he is polite and doesn't talk a lot, trying to keep all of his witty and joking remarks to himself.
As a CEO, he is a strong leader. He doesn't really go deep into an emotional level with his coworkers, making it difficult for them to connect to him. He doesn't care much about the process, he cares more about the outcome. Not afraid to use disciplinary actions on his workers, he has earned a reputation of being a rather harsh but fair boss.

Xander is rather rich, thanks to his wealthy businessman father and his own former job as a top news anchor in the Galactic Republic. Now as the CEO of his and Aneya's company, he also makes a lot of money, making him a high class citizen.

Xander was once a high-ranking news anchor in the most important news channels in the Galactic Republic. That is, until the One Sith grabbed a lot of the land the faction had. Xander didn't support the Sith faction and so he stopped working on the planets which now belonged to the One Sith.
Instead, he set his eyes on the newly formed Galactic Alliance. Although he couldn't get a job there right away, he didn't stop looking for one. And soon enough he met a woman named Aneya Maev who was looking to start his own news network. Since Xander was rather skilled in that field, he and the girl partnered up fleshed out the Sullust Central News Network.
