Based within the Tingel Arm, the once proud and mighty Shadow Dynasty as fallen into nothing more but background noise, and it was probably for the best of it's citizens. Now with the Shadow King back on his throne, a new movement has been called forth for all empires within the Tingel Arm, a treaty that calls for an alliance of empires. To bring peace, and security back into the arms within the Tingel, the Shadow Dynasty can not do it alone any longer. It calls for all empires to accept the alliance, to become a member of the alliance, to help protect one another's borders from the harsh wars raging all around.
Those who do not comply are brought to their knees, and made to accept the alliance, and to abide by the new laws placed with the alliance of empires. Each empire is given a certain about of territory within their space to rule and borders are placed to protect that territory from other empires. Anything within that space is free game for the given empire to take over, control, or destroy as they wish. Expansion of said space is requested and looked over by the other empires for a vote of yays, or nays.
The final decision of any given movement, or act is made by the Shadow King who watches over all the empires as High King of the Alliance. It is his duty to act and bring to compliance any empire that breaks the new laws of the alliance. He is expected to keep an unbiased outlook on all other empire members, and to conserve the Tingel Arm. Those who attempt to bring war with another empire in the alliance is put down immediately, and a new leader is voted into the empire. This is to preserve coexistence within the Tingel Arm.

Have you ever wanted to make an empire, but were possible afraid it would go no where, or maybe did not have any idea where to start? I have a place for you here then. Let us help you create that empire, and grow it. Write fun stories, and help protect the Tingel Arm from the evils of the galaxy.
This faction is a massive collection of sub-faction empires of different concepts and ideologies and to create a sense of coexistence within this sector of the galaxy. Our goals are to create multiple empires, create borders for them, help expand those empires, and watch kings, queens, emperors and empresses grow as characters and writers.
We will write out civil wars within the alliance, conquests, exploration, development of new planets, species, and technology Chaos has yet to see.
We will have our own map of the Tingel Arm margin to keep track of the happenings within the alliance.
