Streamline the forum. We have a ton of material all over the place. Cut down on the forums we have and consolidate.
Also break up lengthy walls of texts into paragraphs. Makes it easier on the eyes.
Have a condensed blurb about the five W's of the faction.

Perhaps splitting forums up into smaller sections. (Training requests, Apprentice requests, exc) to make navigating the place easier to do so things don't feel so clustered up and all over the place and would make the general Discussion a bit more organized and easier to keep up on.
